At FosterHope Sacramento, our goal is simple: to provide every child with stability, hope, and the tools they need to thrive. 

FosterHope’s programs are designed to meet our mission to provide support to children, teens, and families and facilitate the healing of the spirit, mind, and body to help them reach their fullest potential through an array of foster care and family support services.

Our foster care and placement programs support children, youth, and young adults, ages 0-24, who have been impacted by the child welfare system.  These include:

Our community-based and wellness programs provide individualized, trauma-informed mental health services to children and youth who have experienced significant life disruptions, including involvement in child welfare, probation, and other public systems of care. Programming includes:

  • Enhanced Care Management
